Campbell River is on the east coast of picturesque Vancouver Island, in the north-central island region.
Driving North on Highway 19 from Victoria, Turn right at Jubilee Parkway. Travel to the first set of lights. This should be Dogwood Street. Turn left onto Dogwood Street. Stay on Dogwood until you reach the top of the hill (Approximately 4 Km).
At the top, turn left at the lights onto Merecroft Road. Follow Merecroft down the hill to the bottom. Cross over McPhedran Rd.(still on Merecroft) and turn left on Trask Rd. Follow Trask Rd. to the end, arriving at Beaver Lodge Bed and Breakfast.
Campbell River is a 3.5- hour (264km/165mile) drive north from Victoria or a 90 minute (150km/95 mile) drive from Nanaimo, where the ferry terminals of Departure Bay and Duke Point Ferry are located. Drive Highway #19, the new inland, four-lane freeway, or take the scenic Oceanside Route on the old Island Highway #19A.
